This is product is from Rosslyn Direct. It is a hemp derived THCa product that is pressed or grown for solventless quality and shipped direct from our facility.

Yes. THCa converts to delta nine THC when it is heated. That means when you dab, vape, or smoke this product you can expect a traditional cannabis style effect, even though it is hemp derived and Farm Bill compliant.

At the federal level, THCa products are legal when they are hemp derived and stay under 0.3 percent delta nine THC by dry weight. We design our products and test batches with that in mind. Laws change by state and locality, so you are responsible for knowing your local rules before ordering or consuming.
